FAQs

How many reviews are shown?
Google’s Places API provides a limited set of reviews. The plugin paginates whatever is returned (newest first).

Why don’t I see reviews?
Check your API key, confirm the Places API is enabled, verify your Place ID, and ensure billing is active. Clear errors display if misconfigured.

Can I change how often reviews refresh?
Yes—set your cache duration in hours (default is 6).

Does it include Schema markup?
Not by default. Use your SEO plugin to add review Schema if needed.

Will it work with my page builder?
Yes—drop the shortcode into any block, widget, or builder.

Can visitors leave reviews from my site?
Yes—the “Write a Review on Google” button links directly to your business’s review form.
