Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how FrostLine Works LLC (“FrostLine Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the websites, applications, and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”), including frostlineworks.com, flwapps.com, FLW Vendor POS, Control, and other FrostLine Works products.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information — name, email, username, password (hashed), business name, and role.
  • Contact and communications information — phone numbers you provide for SMS or support, and messages you send to us.
  • Mobile information and messaging consent — as described in the SMS section below.
  • Business and operational data — content and records you or your organization create in the Services.
  • Payment and billing information — processed by payment processors; we generally do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical and usage information — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — as described below.

2. How information is used

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support;
  • Send transactional notices related to the Services;
  • Deliver SMS and other messaging that you or a business customer have requested and consented to;
  • Monitor performance, diagnose issues, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect security;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
  • Communicate about updates, features, or administrative matters.

SMS exclusion: Use of mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, messaging consent, messaging preferences, and related consent records is limited to the purposes described in Section 3. Those categories are never used for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional sharing.

3. SMS Messaging, Mobile Information, and Consent

This section applies to the FrostLine Works SMS Messaging program and to SMS messages sent through FrostLine Works applications (including FLW Vendor POS and Control) by FrostLine Works LLC and participating businesses.

3.1 What mobile information is collected

  • Mobile phone number;
  • SMS opt-in status;
  • Date and time of consent;
  • Consent source (web form, checkout, account settings, or QR-linked consent page);
  • Messaging preferences (transactional and/or promotional, as applicable);
  • Opt-out status and related timestamps;
  • Delivery and response metadata; and
  • Consent evidence when applicable (disclosure version, form or QR source, IP, user agent).

3.2 How mobile information is used

Mobile information is used only to provide messaging services for which consent exists, including:

  • Digital receipts;
  • Order confirmations;
  • Pickup notifications;
  • Order status updates;
  • Customer support communications;
  • Account notifications;
  • Security or verification messages; and
  • Promotional messages only when separate, explicit promotional consent exists.

3.3 Strict non-sharing commitment

Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Mobile information is not sold or rented;
  • Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes;
  • SMS consent is not sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes;
  • SMS opt-in data is not transferred to lead generators;
  • Messaging consent is not used for unrelated advertising; and
  • Consent obtained for one business or messaging program is not automatically transferable to another.

3.4 Limited service-provider processing

FrostLine Works may provide mobile information to communications service providers and telecommunications carriers only as necessary to deliver requested messages, maintain messaging services, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or provide customer support. These providers may not use mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

3.5 Consent rules

  • SMS consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
  • Consent must be affirmative; checkboxes are not preselected.
  • Transactional and promotional consent are handled separately.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Agreeing to Terms or accepting this Privacy Policy alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

3.6 Opt-out behavior

  • STOP requests are honored for the applicable messaging program.
  • After an opt-out, messages may be limited to a final confirmation.
  • Opting out of SMS does not terminate an account or prevent purchases.
  • Contact support@frostlineworks.com if an automated opt-out fails.

3.7 Children and SMS

The SMS program is not knowingly directed to children under 13, and FrostLine Works does not knowingly collect SMS consent from children under 13.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, and understand usage. Cookie technologies are not used to sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Analytics

We may use first-party analytics and, where configured, third-party analytics tools. Analytics providers do not receive mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, messaging consent, or messaging preferences for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Account information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. To request correction, export, or deletion, contact us using the details below.

7. Third-party services and data sharing

We use trusted service providers (hosting, email and SMS delivery such as Twilio or Telnyx, payment processors, analytics, security). We do not sell personal information. Sharing language for other categories of personal information does not authorize sharing of mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, SMS consent records, messaging preferences, or messaging-originator consent data for any third party’s or affiliate’s marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Data security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Data retention

We retain information as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent and related messaging records may be kept for several years consistent with industry guidance.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information or SMS consent from children under 13.

11. Your choices

  • SMS: Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
  • Email: Use unsubscribe links where available, or contact us.
  • Account data: Update in-product where available, or contact support.
  • Cookies: Adjust browser settings to limit cookies.
