Who sends messages

FrostLine Works LLC is the sole sender for this program. Messages identify FrostLine Works. They are not sent on behalf of a merchant, household, or other tenant as the perceived sender.

Independent tenant messaging programs

FrostLine Works LLC may separately act as a communications service provider for independently registered tenant messaging programs. Each tenant that sends customer-facing SMS must have its own Telnyx 10DLC Brand and Campaign. Those programs have their own opt-in pages, disclosures, and consent records.

Consent recorded for the FrostLine Works SMS Messaging Program does not enroll a person into any tenant messaging program, including Country Girl Pantry or FLW Vendor POS merchant texts.

Who receives messages

Recipients are people who gave a mobile number and affirmative consent for FrostLine Works LLC service/transactional SMS and, if they chose it separately, FrostLine Works marketing SMS.

Types of messages from FrostLine Works LLC

• Account and product notices for FrostLine Works applications and frostlineworks.com
• Customer support replies from FrostLine Works
• Security or verification codes for FrostLine Works accounts
• Service reminders from FrostLine Works
• Promotional messages about FrostLine Works products only with separate, explicit marketing consent

This program does not include tenant receipts, pickup notices, order status, or other customer-facing traffic where a tenant business is the perceived sender.

How people opt in

• Checking a separate, unchecked service/transactional SMS checkbox on this site; and/or
• Checking a separate, unchecked marketing SMS checkbox when they want FrostLine Works offers;
• Submitting the public SMS opt-in form.

Consent checkboxes are not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can continue without selecting either checkbox.

How people opt out

• Reply STOP to opt out of this messaging program.
• Opt-out requests are recorded. You may receive a final confirmation.
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel a purchase or close an account.
