FrostLine Works provides software that helps participating businesses communicate with customers by text for receipts, orders, support, account notices, and—only with separate consent—promotions.

Who sends messages

Messages are sent by FrostLine Works LLC and by participating businesses using FrostLine Works applications. The sender identified at opt-in is the program sender for that consent.

Who receives messages

Recipients are customers who provided a mobile number and gave affirmative consent for the relevant message type.

Types of messages

• Digital receipts
• Order confirmations
• Pickup notifications
• Order status updates
• Customer support communications
• Account notifications
• Security or verification messages
• Promotional messages only with separate, explicit promotional consent

How customers opt in

• Checking a separate, unchecked transactional SMS checkbox on a web checkout or account form;
• Checking a separate, unchecked promotional SMS checkbox when they want offers; and/or
• Scanning a QR code that opens the same web consent experience.

Consent checkboxes are not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers can continue without selecting either checkbox.

How customers opt out

• Reply STOP to opt out of the messaging program.
• Opt-out requests are recorded. You may receive a final confirmation.
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel purchases or terminate an account.
• If automated opt-out fails, email support@frostlineworks.com.

Message frequency and rates

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carrier charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Transactional and promotional consent

• Transactional consent covers purchases, receipts, orders, pickups, account activity, and customer support related to the identified business.
• Promotional consent is separate and covers specials, products, announcements, and offers.
• Transactional consent does not authorize promotional messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy and non-sharing commitment

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

FrostLine Works may provide mobile information to communications service providers and telecommunications carriers only as necessary to deliver requested messages, maintain messaging services, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or provide customer support.
